2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to necessary information, systems, and personnel required for us to deliver our services efficiently. Delays in cooperation may impact timelines and outcomes.
3. Payments and Invoicing
Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice.
Invoices not paid within the stated term may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month, or the maximum allowed by law.
We reserve the right to pause or terminate work on active projects if payment is not received in a timely manner.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We handle all client data with strict confidentiality and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sensitive business data, credentials, or documents shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
5. Use of Client Portal
Access to our client portal (e.g., for quotes or invoicing) is provided for your convenience. While we can offer our services to assist you with secure setup and configuration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
All services and deliverables are provided “as is”, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
While we aim for high quality and reliability, we do not guarantee that our solutions will be error-free or meet all your expectations without active collaboration.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Revisions & Termination
Project timelines, costs, and scope may be revised by mutual agreement if technical or business constraints arise.
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Fees for completed work or time incurred up to termination remain payable as per original terms.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent terms.
